Big Day Binder provides educational content and organizational tools. It does not provide professional event-planning, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Digital products

Unless a separate license says otherwise, downloads are for the purchaser’s personal wedding use. Do not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or present the files as your own. Because digital files are delivered immediately, completed purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when a file is defective.

Accuracy and compatibility

We test templates in the formats stated on the product page, but software and platform behavior can change. Couples remain responsible for verifying dates, totals, contracts, guest details, and vendor instructions.

Intellectual property

Branding, original text, template design, spreadsheets, and downloadable files are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
